Everything about the project in one place
Small teams often juggle a task app, a chat, a calendar and a doc for meeting notes. Timo puts them together, so you don’t have to ask “where did we write that down?”.
Invite people to a project by e-mail. They see its tasks, comments and files, and get notifications when something changes for them.
Built for how small teams really work
Timo is made for freelancers with clients, small companies and groups of friends or volunteers:
- several projects at once, each with its own board
- tasks with due dates, priorities, subtasks and attachments
- meetings with notes (you can dictate them) and an AI summary
- statistics showing what got done
Safe by default
Only people you invite can see a project. Each person can download their data or delete their account in Settings at any time.
