Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Timo is in beta. These terms are short and written in plain language.

1. Who provides Timo

Timo (timoplan.com) is provided by Mustafa Al Saidi, a private individual and the creator of the app. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Timo is an online app for planning tasks, running projects, communicating and getting help from an AI assistant. During the beta all features are free.

The beta can change: features may be added, changed or removed. We will tell you about important changes in the app or by e-mail.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This deletes your data as described in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Timo to break the law, send spam, harass people, share content you have no rights to, or attack the service and other users.

We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these rules, after a warning where possible.

5. Your content

What you add to Timo stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you and to the people you share it with.

6. AI assistant

AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information before acting on it. Changes proposed by the AI are applied only after you approve them.

How AI requests are processed is described in the privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Timo working and your data safe, but during the beta we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep a copy of important information — you can export your data in Settings.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

8. Paid plans

If paid plans are introduced, we will publish their prices and terms in advance. Nobody will be charged without choosing a paid plan.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes in advance. Polish law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
